It’s almost time for our annual game vs the Chelsea supporters of Vancouver. This year’s game will take place on Saturday 29th July, at Trillium Fields – Kick off will be 10:00am and the Butcher and Bullock will be open after the game for post match drinks and food.
LFC Vancouver are the current trophy holders and we expect a competitive game as the Chelsea boys try and win it back!
There are quite a few players already signed up. We’ll email those who took part last year to fill the remaining gaps in the squad; primarily the team will be the guys who have played in previous years. Look out for an email from us if you have played in years past. Each player will need to pay $5 towards the cost of the referee for the game.
Let us know via email only if you wish to apply for tickets for August to December 30.
Usual rules apply:
– You must be a member of LFC Vancouver.
– Home premier league games only.
– Everyone who gets a ticket must have a valid full or light membership card from LFC.
– All requests cannot be guaranteed so don’t go booking flights and then getting upset if LFC do not allocate you any tickets.
– Dates and times of matches are always subject to change for fixture clashes or tv schedules.
Everyone who has bought a ticket to the event will be placed on a guest list, and will receive an order confirmation email from LFC Vancouver on Friday before lunchtime, before the event. Please check your spam folders if you bought a ticket and did not get your email.
Limited tickets (i.e. less than 20) will be available on the door on the night, so members should purchase in advance via the website. You can use paypal or pay by credit card on the paypal website.
Doors open at 7:00pm – Tables will be available on a first come first served basis.
7:30pm to 8:15pm will be the LFC Music played by Jamie Wright
8:30pm or so is when our guest speaker, David Fairclough, will start
After David has finished speaking, we’ll hold the 23 Foundation raffle and Jamie will finish the night with a musical rendition of You’ll Never Walk Alone
Some members reported a problem with buying tickets for the event via the online store. We’ve made a few changes to make it easier and faster to buy your tickets online so if you were having a problem, please try again, and get in touch if it’s not working out for you
