Liverpool FC Vancouver 4 – Chelsea FC Vancouver 1
Today we played the Vancouver branch of the Chelsea FC supporter’s club in our annual Champions Cup game at Andy Livingston. In one of the best games in recent memory, and following on from last year’s penalty shootout win, LFC Vancouver retained the trophy in some style, roaring to a 4-1 victory, which on the day could and should have been more!
Thanks to all players and to the Chelsea lads for another excellent game, played in great spirit by all involved. Match report after the bump!

There will be prizes and giveaways and it should be a good night with plenty of banter between the teams just before the start of the new season. We hope to see you there!

On 25th July, we will be taking on Chelsea FC Vancouver in our annual summer game for the ‘Champions of Vancouver’ trophy. As some of you know, the trophy proudly stands in the Butcher & Bullock after we won it on a penalty shootout last year. Chelsea is up for revenge this year, so we want to make sure we retain the trophy!
The game will be at Andy Livingston as always. Kick off 12:15pm
All those who played last year will receive an email – if you want to play again, then get back to us and let us know. We will be limiting the squad to 18 players, so it will be first come first served, once the emails go out.
If you can’t play it would still be good to see you down there to cheer the boys on!
