Thanks everybody for attending the LFC Vancouver Summer Event 2013. The event was a great success. We had a fantastic night with LFC Legend Ronnie Whelan, who gave a fantastic speech about about life at Liverpool FC and very kindly took questions from the crowd!
We were so pleased that everyone took part in the raffle for the ’23 Foundation’ prizes, and we managed to raise an amazing $2000 for the cause. Thanks everybody, and congratulations to those folks who won the great prizes.
All of the staff at the Butcher & Bullock did a fantastic job to keep the beers flowing – that is until LFC Vancouver drank them completely dry of Carslberg and Magners!!
Thanks to our own LFC Vancouver member Jamie Wright for bringing the sounds of the Kop to Vancouver, and thanks to The Chaperones for playing a set of feel-good tunes to end the night.
